Attempted rape on Broadway Street

There was an attempted rape and battery which occurred at 9:25 p.m., Thursday Dec. 11, at 201 Broadway St., according to a police press release.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately 25 years old. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, has a stocky build and a mustache. He was wearing dark clothing and a beanie-style hat.
