8:16 a.m. Drunk in public reported on the 800 block of East Avenue. "Subject in vehicle singing 'Freebird' very loudly. Reporting party has seen him in the alley urinating, staggering and drinking."

11:26 a.m. Vandalism reported on the 1900 block of Hooker Oak Avenue. "Reporting party had a plastic bottle with some type of chemical fluid placed in her mailbox early this morning. The bottle and contents exploded in the mailbox. Unknown suspect."

He was just outside smoking a cigarette. Reporting party asked him what he was doing. He said a 'naughty.' Reporting party thinks he was waiting for a prostitute from the apartment."
