Thursday: 9:01 a.m. Disturbing subject reported on the 100 block of Parmac Road. "Male subject was in the lobby and causing a disturbance. He has left the lobby and is currently outside … goes by 'Cowboy' … has made threats to employee."
Thursday: 10:32 a.m. Residential burglary reported on the 800 block of West Second Avenue. "When suspects realized reporting party saw them, one yelled, 'Shit,' and they fled on foot."
Thursday: 12:24 p.m. Littering reported on Highway 32. "Dumped a black bag of something near the tree line … The plastic bag contained potting soil and a small marijuana plant. Items destroyed and trash removed."
Thursday: 1:34 p.m. Refusing to leave reported on the 2000 block of Forest Avenue. "Irate customer in garden center. … Ongoing issue with the subject. He is suing the pharmacy at Wal-Mart. Subject said he was there to service subject in pharmacy with paperwork … He wants to make a citizen's arrest."
Thursday: 3:38 p.m. Trespassing reported on the 1200 block of West Seventh Street. "Reporting party has told subject previously not to come on the property … just found him digging through the garbage and is out front on his pedicab."
Thursday: 6:28 p.m. Family dispute reported on the 100 block of Klondike Court. "Twelve-year-old son throwing things all over the house, out of control, calling reporting party a whore and spitting at family members."
Thursday: 11:34 p.m. Noise complaint reported on the 700 block of Broadway Street. "Reporting party received complaints from other guests regarding loud subjects and noise. Reporting party has made several attempts to contact occupants of room, and they keep saying, 'No speak English' and hang up."
Friday: 4:20 p.m. Noise complaint reported on the 1200 block of West Fifth Street. "Reporting party advising approximately 120+ people in the pool area, puking and getting drunk."
Friday: 9:28 p.m. Transient problem reported on the 200 block of Humboldt Avenue, "Request special patrol due to transient presence … urinating on the building."
Saturday: 12:18 p.m. Noise complaint reported on the 300 block of East Fourth Street. "Reporting party reporting subjects on the corner yelling at all passers-by about their car wash."
Saturday: 2:30 p.m. Disturbance reported at Bidwell Park. "Reporting party was yelling for her dogs and woke up male subject's child. Subject was aggressively approaching reporting party and told her if her dogs got anywhere near his kids, he would cut their throats."
Sunday: 5:23 p.m. Juvenile problem reported on the 800 block of West Fourth Avenue. "Six male teenagers throwing rocks and sticks at reporting party's door."
