12:29 p.m. Welfare check reported on the 1100 block of West Second Street. "Female on a bike dragging a 4-year-old along with her. Four-year-old is on foot, and female is dragging him, forcing him to keep up with her on her bike."
Friday 1:08 p.m. Welfare check reported on the 1500 block of the Esplanade. "Reporting party with her (drunken) daughter trying to drink herself to death..."
10:44 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported on the 2500 block of the Esplanade. "Driver yelling at other customers. Revving engine in drive-thru. Intimidating reporting party."
Saturday 3:26 a.m. Welfare check reported on the 700 block of Salem Street. "(Subject said) the world will not leave her two children alone. She says that if the world does not leave her children alone, she will call the Catholic Church and send them to Spain. She knows Bill and Hillary Clinton personally..."
11:22 p.m. Suspicious suspect reported on the 200 block of Broadway Street. "... Reporting party thinks (subjects) are selling (drugs). Subjects are loitering in lot and reporting party saw them exchange something with a vehicle..."
Sunday 1:59 a.m. Juvenile problem reported on the 1000 block of West Sacramento Avenue. "Group of kids in parking lot. They have come in and shoplifted junk food. Also smell of alcohol. Suspects dressed nicely, probably from the prom."
2:25 a.m. Suspicious suspect reported on the 400 block of Orange Street. "Male rode up on a bike. He was upset about getting bad directions. He told security officers that he was going to shoot both of them."
