11:56 a.m. Suspicious circumstances reported. No location given. "Reporting party says his friends were Dumpster diving yesterday. Reporting party was just told that a big ... male ran off one of the Dumpster divers, but the other diver was forced into a truck, and they fled with him. Reporting party fears his friend is dead now."

12:39 p.m. Threats reported on the 1000 block of Columbus Avenue. "Employee of complex came at reporting party with hammer."

3:23 p.m. Petty theft reported on the 500 block of W. 14th Street. "Two money orders and cash (were stolen). Reporting party suspects a girl who spent the night with him last night."

3:54 p.m. Information to citizen reported on the 600 block of W. Sacramento Avenue. "Reporting party has problem with residence on corner with Elmo doll on chimney that appears to be smoking drugs. Reporting party drives by residence with her kids every day and has called before about same."

4:22 p.m. Suspicious circumstances reported on the 300 block of Hazel Street. "Reporting party advising that 'pledge' subjects are tied up inside the house. Possibly all tied together."

6:27 p.m. Subjects disturbing the peace reported on the 1000 block of Nord Avenue. "Group of approximately 10 young females between Safeway and Walgreens cussing over a megaphone."

Saturday

1:30 a.m. Vandalism reported on the 600 block of W. Sixth Avenue. "Reporting party observed group of sorority girls just TP house."

12:47 p.m. Attempt to contact regarding dog abuse reported on McKinley Lane. "Located the dog with a pinch collar on neck and web collar on rear flank. Tied to cable runner and was virtually hanging from the tree, feet unable to touch the ground. One and a half hours later, dog could barely lift head."

5:40 p.m. Vehicle tampering in progress reported on the 200 block of W. First Street. "Two females, one male trying to break into vehicle. Pink hair on one female, blue hair on the male."

6:25 p.m. Domestic dispute reported on the 400 block of Posada Way. "Reporting party's husband just threw hamburgers at her, and it gave her a bruise and a cut."

6:59 p.m. Indecent exposure reported on the 300 block of E. Lassen Avenue. "Subject inside the laundry mat playing with himself and then tried to get reporting party's 12-year-old daughter to come inside the laundry mat."
