Saturday, Aug. 19

1:18 a.m. Disturbance reported on the 600 block of W. Fifth Street. "Subjects were throwing toilets out of the second floor window. Broken toilet all over the front yard."

Friday, Aug. 25

12:27 p.m. Vandalism reported on the 400 block of Main Street. "There are currently five people in fountain and soap everywhere. College-aged subjects who look to be playing in the soap."

Saturday, Aug. 26

3:50 a.m. Threats reported on the 1200 block of E. Eighth Street. "Subject threatened reporting party because he would not break his $100 for two burritos."

Thursday, Sept. 7

11:32 p.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 1100 block of Magnolia Avenue. "Female in only underwear walking down Magnolia from W. Sacramento Avenue. Female seemed dazed and then sat in bushes."

Thursday, Sept. 14

7:51 a.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 100 block of Main Street. "Female walking with pants down urinating."

Saturday, Sept. 16

1:58 a.m. Drunk in public reported on the 300 block of W. Second Street. "Subject advising subject tried to sell him a female."

Thursday, Sept. 28

3:51 p.m. Sex fondling reported on the 200 block of Main Street. "Reporting party just observed male approach a female outside and tried to grab her bottom."

Sunday, Oct. 8

4:15 a.m. Welfare check reported on the 600 block of W. Fifth Street. "Reporting party heard loud thud 20 to 30 minutes ago. Reporting party now noticing water coming down through his walls. Reporting party's apartment is getting soaked with water. Disposition: Had been drinking, female fell asleep in the bathtub, which ended up overflowing."

Thursday, Oct. 12

4:40 p.m. Indecent exposure reported on the 1000 block of Columbus Avenue. "Reporting party advising second time she has caught subject masturbating on property. Subject was over by the dumpster both times."

Saturday, Oct. 21

12:19 a.m. Indecent exposure reported on the 600 block of W. Second Street. "Subject jumped out in front of the reporting party who was driving past. He pulled down his pants and took out his genitals."

Saturday, Oct. 28

4:19 p.m. Petty theft reported on the 1000 block of Main Street. "Full Goofy head costume stolen. Reporting party believes they are the only costume shop that carries that particular costume."

Friday, Nov. 3

10:15 a.m. Vehicle tampering reported on the 1100 block of Normal Avenue. "Unknown subject threw pumpkin into front windshield breaking the window."

Sunday, Nov. 5

2:59 a.m. Drunk in public reported on the 200 block of W. Second Avenue. "Reporting party just woke up and found a passed-out male on her couch. Reporting party escorted him out of the residence, and he left on foot. Reporting party believes that he is probably passed out on the street."

Thursday, Nov. 9

4:23 p.m. Petty theft reported on the 1700 block of Broadway Street. "While flying from San Diego to San Francisco to Chico, unknown suspect stole wallet from reporting party. Credit card has now been used on a teen porn site."

Friday, Dec. 1

11:53 a.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 800 block of East Lindo Avenue. "Man in the channel, near end of Sunset Avenue, only wearing gray underwear. Tenants advise subject has been standing still with his arms crossed for 2 hours. PD already responded. Subject meditating and was told to move along."

7:13 p.m. Welfare check reported on the 800 block of Pomona Avenue. "Reporting party claimed she was trying to call Mervyns for chicken."

Friday, Feb. 9

1:50 p.m. Suspicious subjects reported on the 200 block of E. 12th Street. "Subject believed that reporting party's house was some type of historical point of interest and wanted to go inside. This is the second time he has showed up. The first time he left a brick and a rock."

Saturday, Feb. 10

3:45 p.m. Sex fondle/battery reported on the 1400 block of Neal Dow Avenue. "Suspects gave victim a 'wedgie,' pulled up her underwear."

Thursday, Feb. 22

4:43 p.m. Drunk in public reported on the 300 block of E. 21st Street. "Subject urinating on a curb. Now near the field doing karate."

Friday, Feb. 23

7:46 a.m. Vehicle tampering reported on the 500 block of Nord Avenue. "Reporting party reports his neighbors sprayed his vehicle with a fire extinguisher during a party last night."

Friday, March 2

2:08 a.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 1400 block of Park Avenue. "Reporting party thinks there is someone engaging in oral sex to the rear of the business."

Thursday, March 8

4:40 p.m. Welfare check reported on the 500 block of Nord Avenue. "Reporting party's mom has painted herself and thinks the reporting party is not her son, but a stranger in a skin suit."

Saturday, March 10

2:49 a.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street. "Hispanic male adult is following reporting party down the street. Subject stated he would kill reporting party's rubber ducky."

Thursday, March 22

3:28 p.m. Petty theft reported on the 200 block of Main Street. "Subject walked into the store and attempted to walk out with a wheeled piece of luggage. Luggage was strapped to a table."

Saturday, April 14

1:18 p.m. Assault and battery reported on the 700 block of W. Fifth Street. "Reporting party saying she was assaulted by a couple of bouncers last night. Reporting party was held down by one or two bouncers and another bouncer kicked her in the throat several times. Also stole $382 from her wallet. Also ripped her shirt off in the process of kicking her."

Friday, April 27

10:38 p.m. Transient problem reported on the 900 block of Ivy Street. "Two males passed out on sidewalk, tucked back in bushes. Only legs visible. Several liquor bottles surrounding subjects."

Thursday, May 3

3:54 p.m. Information to citizen reported on the 600 block of W. Sacramento Avenue. "Reporting party has problem with residence on corner with Elmo doll on chimney that appears to be smoking drugs."

Saturday, May 5

5:40 p.m. Vehicle tampering in progress reported on the 200 block of W. First Street. "Two females, one male trying to break into vehicle. Pink hair on one female, blue hair on the male."
