According to Dr. Drew, the reason why anal seems to be the new doggy style may be explained by the genre of hardcore pornography our generation is exposed to, which features an influx of anal.
I was slightly worried about addressing butt sex because of the "don't ask, don't tell" policy most of us have adopted. However, in my interview with Pinsky, he said, "As long as you keep it clinical and have a purpose delivering medical information, you forget you are talking about sex - you start talking about health."
Anal sex is the ultimate dirty taboo, yet a desire for both men and women these days.
When starting to experiment sexually, men will expect their sex life to be comparable to that of the porn stars they envied growing up. This makes sense, but women don't have a G-spot in their anus like men do. So, what's in it for me?
Pinsky thinks women agree to anal sex because they get the pleasure out of pleasing their partner, he said. Also, they enjoy doing something taboo with their guy that other women might not be willing to do.
Although anal sex is not on my agenda anytime soon, if it happens to be on yours, here are some tips before bending over:
Lube, lube, lube
The reason anal can be so painful is because the woman is usually not relaxed and there are no natural lubricants during anal intercourse, said sexpert MerryJessica Fuerst in an article for The Daily Colonial. Lubricants can make this process a lot more comfortable, along with lots of foreplay and massaging to relax your partner.
Condoms
Anal sex is still sexual intercourse and it is crucial that condoms are worn. Sexually transmitted infections can still be contracted, and there are many bacteria in the anus.
Cleansing
My gay friends introduced me to the "cleansing process." They told me that it is crucial to make sure you are not eating heavy meals and are not full, in order to avoid any "unwanted particles" - if you get my drift. Another way to avoid this is by cleaning out your butt hole with warm water.
Trust
It is important to trust the partner you choose to experience this with. This means that being blacked-out drunk and having anal sex do not mix. Because it is so easy to damage the anus, you are vulnerable in this sexual position and the person you are with needs to respect that and take things slowly.
So, if anal seems to be up your alley, by all means, power to you. However, keep this in mind before you find yourself bending over more often than not: Pinsky said because of the rise in popularity of anal sex, one of the top reconstructive surgeries today is repairing elasticity in the anus. Forget the boob job!

I enjoyed reading your article regarding the education/ information part to your article. I didn't understand scott's comment regarding never using lubricant since his experience has only been with women how would he know unless his partners have not been truthful. (Continued…)

I don't have any experience in this, I'm so glad don't. The reason this subject is taboo because 98% of the public is majorly grossed out by this behavior, although it goes on, I've heard. (Continued…)

Diona, the paper has covered the controversy over spiting and swallowing, and anal sex (the male "G" spot). Will bestiality be next? There are a lot of farmers in Butte County. (Continued…)
