Transient problem reported on the 1400 block of Ridgebrook Way. “Reporting party reporting transients are going through everyone’s trash, was at neighbors, skipped reporting party’s as she was outside then went to other neighbors. Son advising that these subjects come out on their garbage days regularly.”

Thursday, 3:38 p.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 100 block of East 13th Street. “Subject sleeping in the car wash parking lot, dressed in dark clothing.”

Thursday, 6:29 p.m.

Noise complaint reported on the 100 block of Menlo Way. “Upstairs neighbor thumping and making loud noises. Sounds like children jumping on bed.”

Thursday, 10:09 p.m.

Noise complaint reported on the 700 block of West 11th Street. “Pedicab driver rode by with music so loud it shook reporting party’s house.”

Friday, 12:55 a.m.

Party complaint reported on the 200 block of West First Avenue. “Between First and Second on Magnolia, party playing loud instruments.”

Friday, 8:10 a.m.

Loose animals reported on the 2500 block of Humboldt Road. “Cows loose with green ear tags.”

Friday, 11:13 a.m.

Neighbor dispute reported on the 1300 block of East Lindo Avenue. “Reporting party states neighbor has been taking her mail, also believes he put a lizard in her mother’s apartment when she was gone for the day.”

Friday, 2:28 p.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 2800 block of Burnap Avenue. “White male staggering in the middle of the road.”

Friday, 3:53 p.m.

Suspicious subject reported on the 2000 block of Fair Street. “Reporting party reporting subject stole beer yesterday and fled. Today subject returned, stole some more. Reporting party stopped him and told him to take the beer out of his pockets. Subject just fled.”

Saturday, 3:26 p.m.

Juvenile problem reported on the 1500 block of Hooker Oak Avenue. “Reporting party yelled at them and they just yelled back. Three boys with a basketball.”

Saturday, 9:48 p.m.

Noise complaint reported on the 600 block of Manzanita Avenue. “There are a number of young people talking loudly.”

Saturday, 11:17 p.m.

Suspicious subject reported on the 700 block of Nord Avenue. “Nude subject in a vehicle, windows are foggy. Reporting Party cannot see any other occupants of the vehicle. Subject is between the front and back seat.”

Sunday, 12:14 a.m.

Nose complaint reported on the 1300 block of Arcadian Avenue. “Neighbor yelling at reporting party. Upset because reporting party asked him to keep the noise down.”

Sunday, 12:49 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances reported on the 100 block of West 12th Street. “Group of loud juveniles in the area possibly with skateboards, reporting party hears yelling and sounds like they are hitting cars.”

Sunday, 8:21 a.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 500 block of West Sacramento Avenue. “Male neighbor standing out in the middle of the complex yelling obscenities. He has been out there for an hour.”

Sunday, 10:27 a.m.

Suspicious subject reported on the 800 block of East Avenue. “Subject pestering employees and customer for money. He says his vehicle is broken down … also asks to get into people’s vehicles.”

Monday, 5:15 a.m.

Transient problem reported on the 100 block of West 17th Street. “Subject sleeping in a cardboard box in the parking lot. Reporting party employee with Jazzercise business and concerned for customers who will be arriving shortly.”
