Friday 7:08 a.m.

Petty theft reported on the 200 block of West First Street. Reporting party states he was woken up by University Police in the park and noticed his medications are missing. He speculates the subject he was with last night stole them from him. The reporting party is now at City Plaza near the fountain and states the subject is there and wants him contacted.

Friday 9:11 a.m.

Urinating in public reported on the 700 block of Moss Avenue. Male subject exposed himself and urinated on the lawn. Reporting party says the subject then went back inside the residence. The reporting party is concerned because there is also a church in the area.

Friday 9:26 a.m.

Suspicious subject reported on the 700 block of Flume Street. Female walking screaming and crying saying, “This is all my fault,” and at one point fell to the ground, but is up again.

Friday 8:34 p.m.

Traffic hazard reported on the 300 block of Vallambrosa Avenue. A large-built male on a motorized wheelchair riding against traffic toward the downtown area. He is almost getting hit by passing cars.

Friday 10:10 p.m.

Suspicious subject reported on the 600 block of Manzanita Court. Subject is hanging around the lobby of the Holiday Inn and outside for a couple of hours. The subject just asked the reporting party to call the police for theft. The reporting party thinks the subject’s words are gibberish. Subject went to Denny’s but was told not to linger there, either.

Saturday 2:33 a.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 200 block of Broadway Street. Subject is rowdy and has been drinking. The subject tried to throw his cell phone at reporting party outside of Arabian Nights.

Saturday 11:11 p.m.

Annoying phone calls reported on the 1200 block of East Ninth Street. Reporting party’s nephew just called and threatened to beat him up. The nephew thinks reporting party has his skateboard. The reporting party says the nephew possibly got out of his dad’s car somewhere near the Chico Mall and said he headed to the reporting party’s residence.

Saturday 5:01 p.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 100 block of East Seventh Street. Subject is passed out sleeping on the bench in front of Shubert’s Ice Cream & Candy Co. Employees have asked subjects to move along recently, but he won’t.

Saturday 8:54 p.m.

Drunk in public reported on the 100 block of East Park Avenue. Female is outside a business harassing customers for beer. Reporting party has already asked the subject to move along, but she is still in front of the store.

Sunday 4:01 a.m.

Vehicle tampering reported on the 1100 block of West Fifth Street. Kids threw a pumpkin through the front windshield of a vehicle. Reporting party chased the subjects into a house behind a car wash.

Sunday 1:45 p.m.

Verbal dispute reported on the 800 block of Lynn Lane. Reporting party states “Tina,” just threw a candle at her head and she wants her to leave. The verbal dispute is over who would keep the candle, which led to the reporting party getting hit in the head with it.

Sunday 5:54 p.m.

Traffic hazard reported on the 900 block of East Eighth Avenue. An elderly man on an electric wheelchair is stuck in the middle at East Eighth Avenue and Alder Street. Reporting party thinks the chair may have a dead battery.
