Aggressive animal on 60 block of Centennial Avenue. “Rooster just attacked her when she went outside. Says she has puncture wound on her leg. Says she can’t go outside.”

Reckless vehicle speeding down West Sacramento Avenue. “Speeding and running vehicles off the road. Driver flipping people off.”

Suspicious subject near hardware store in 1600 block of Park Avenue. “Subject asked reporting party how to make nitric acid and has previously purchased a large amount of ammonia.”

Suspicious subject at laundromat in 200 block of Walnut Street. “Male subject keeps going in and out of laundromat. Acting strangely. Possibly under the influence of something.”

Juvenile missing after escaping Youth Services on 500 block of Cohasset Road. “Juvenile Hall transport officer brought male juvenile over for counseling. When officer stepped out of the room, the subject crawled up into the heating duct.”

Noise complaint on 500 block of West Fifth Avenue. “Duck whistling from the far east unit in the duplex.”

Friday 9:00 p.m.

Suspicious subject near residence on 600 block of East Third Avenue. “Reporting party just heard what sounded like subject urinating in alleyway next to her home.”

Friday 9:31 a.m.

Roommate destroying apartment in 1500 block of Nord Avenue. “Reporting party’s roommate is putting shaving cream all over the floor. Subject has locked himself in the bathroom. Subject has all the water running in the bathroom, letting it run over the sink and bathtub trying to flood the apartment. Subject tried to flood the apartment last week.”

Subject under the influence of drugs on 300 block of East Fourth Street. “Hair looks like a clown.”

Saturday 8:45 a.m.

Loose animal in 400 block of Hideaway Park. “Beagle that lives at this address has been barking all night. When reporting party went out to get his newspaper the dog was out and charged him. Dog is able to get in and out of yard through a hole that he dug.”

Saturday 10:10 a.m.

Refusal to leave at Target in 1900 block of East 20th Street. “Solicitor refusing to leave. Reporting party gave him thirty minutes. Soliciting for marijuana rights.”

Saturday 7:56 p.m.

Drunken subject at Palo Alto Apartments in 300 block of Rio Lindo Avenue. “Female who has been drinking on reporting party’s porch, female may be a resident of the complex. Female is lying on the porch curled up. Reporting party tried to get her to move. Female just looks at reporting party and does not respond. Reporting party thinks female may be on drugs.”

Sunday 2:18 a.m.

Drunk driving in the drive-thru of Jack in the Box in 500 block of Broadway Street. “Reporting party can hear her over the speaker box saying she is very drunk and it is cool that she is driving.”
